    • PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

    Over the last twenty five years I have had the opportunity to serve individuals ag-es 16 to 75 with mental health issues. I have extensive experience in correctional facili-ties, outpatient, and acute hospital settings. My areas of specialization include work with, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in helping veterans with depression, anxiety and stress management.


    PHILOSOPHY AND TREATMENT:

    I believe that people can overcome some mental health issues by using their own inner motivation and strengths with the guidance of a therapist utilizing various approaches to help the client obtain their goals.
